$50K Powerball ticket sold in Versailles

(VERSAILLES, Ind.) -- Hoosier Lottery officials say a $50,000 winning Powerball ticket was purchased in Versailles Monday night.

The ticket was bought at Quickpix which is located at 476 W. US 50 in Versailles.

The winning Powerball numbers for Monday were: 2-21-26-40-42 with the Powerball of 9.

Officials say the ticket holder should keep their ticket in a secure place, consider meeting with a financial advisor and contact Hoosier Lottery customer service at 1-800-955-6886 for specific claim instructions.

The Powerball jackpot is more than $725 million after no winning ticket was sold Wednesday.
