Aurora aggressively seeking new housing options

Offering three city lots to home builders

(AURORA, Ind.) – Officials in Aurora are hoping to find qualified home builders to invest in the community. 

It follows a workshop that identified the need for more housing options. 

The Aurora Redevelopment Commission (ARC) is looking for prospective home builders and homeowners looking to build. 

ARC is offering three city lots at an asking price of $20,000 each, to a builder or owner looking to make an investment. 

Two lots are located on 5th Street and one on Market Street. Homes must be

single-family residences and compliment the neighborhood character.
