Beta Sigma Phi supports two programs
(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – The Beta Sigma Phi sorority is giving back to the community.
They’re supporting the Summer Food for Kids at the Batesville United Methodist Church with a $250 donation.
The nonprofit also gave snack boxes and a $200 check to the School Snack Program at Batesville Primary School.
Donations were made by the Theta Nu chapter of Batesville's Beta Sigma Phi.
“The chapter members raise money for many charities and worthy causes with their annual Holiday Bazaar each November, as well as from their sale of their homemade pies every fall,” said Beta Sigma Phi member Val Stutler.
Beta Sigma Phi was founded in 1931 and serves as a friendship organization with the goal of participating in service projects and supporting various philanthropic endeavors.
