The cabinet is comprised of approximately 30 people from across the state that are business and community leaders, education leaders, lawmakers and experts from state agencies.

"I am deeply grateful for the privilege of serving on The Governor's Workforce Cabinet. This appointment is both an honor and an opportunity, and I am eager to contribute my utmost efforts in aligning resources to amplify workforce, education, and economic development," Ketcham said.

Ketcham has served as Batesville's superintendent for eight years and was previously the superintendent at Milan.

His resume includes being named a district Superintendent of the Year by the Indiana Association of Public School Superintendents, the Batesville Chamber Educator of the Year, and Ketcham is also the founding member of the Coalition of Continuous Improvement School Districts.
