Bryan Hoeing continues to pitch well for Padres

Hasn't given up a run since joining San Diego

(SAN DIEGO, CA.) – Batesville native Bryan Hoeing continues to have strong performances for the San Diego Padres. 

He was traded from Miami to San Diego on July 31 and made his first appearance for the Padres on August 1. 

Hoeing has appeared in four games for the Friars and has pitched seven innings without giving up a run. He has only given up two hits and two walks. 

The Batesville grad has utilized his splitter substantially more since joining the Padres. 

He last pitched on Monday night and went nearly two innings and only gave up one hit.
