BHS cross country storms through Decatur Co. meet

Bulldog girls accomplished a perfect score

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – Batesville Cross Country had a strong performance during a meet against Greensburg, North Decatur and South Decatur on Thursday. 

Both the boys and girls Bulldog teams captured the top spot in their respective competitions.

Bulldog girls had a perfect score where they claimed the first seven spots. The team was led by senior Kaylynn Bedel, Lexiyne Harris, Jayla Bedel, Paige Allgeier, Hillary Ziegler, Sam Adams and Caitlin Raver. 

On the boys side, there were 7 Bulldogs who finished in the top 10. 

They were led by senior Jack Chapman, Cannon Clark, Isaac Trossman, Cash Myers, Levi Essick, Jaden Basler and Ethan Rahschulte. 

There were 14 personal best achieved during the meet for the Bulldogs. 

BHS will compete at the Rushville Invitational next weekend.
