House likely destroyed after fire
(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – A house in the Lake McCoy community is likely a total loss after it caught fire Monday morning.
Greensburg and New Point firefighters responded to the fire which happened near South Boulevard Lane and Shady Lane.
Firefighters confirm that nobody was injured, however, there were two dogs reportedly inside the home that have not yet been accounted for.
At one point, the smoke from the fire could be seen nearly from Batesville.
Investigators have not determined what caused the fire as of Monday morning.
