DCMH adds new family nurse practitioner

Joins Immediate Care Clinic team

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – Decatur County Memorial Hospital has added Erin Diem as a family nurse practitioner. 

Diem received her Bachelor of Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University and her Masters of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Erin is joining the DCMH Immediate Care Clinic team, which is available for immediate, non-life threatening illnesses and minor injuries with expanded hours, including weekends. No appointments are needed and walk-ins are welcome.

“I love working in a small community with a close-knit feel,” said Erin. “I’m excited to join the team at Immediate Care and be able to work with a variety of patients across all ages.”

Erin specializes in providing immediate care and is located at the Immediate Care Clinic at 955 N. Michigan Ave., Suite 4.
