Decatur County marching band has big showing at State Fair

They finished 13th out of 37 programs statewide

(INDIANAPOLIS) -- The Decatur County Greensburg Marching Band represented the county in a big way on Saturday.

The summer band program finished 13th overall at the Indiana State Fair Band Day competition while the Color Guard placed 10th.

"There are no words to describe how proud we all are of these amazing kids! They have worked so hard, are so dedicated, and are just so fun to be around," the program said on Facebook.

The program brings together students from Greensburg, South Decatur and North Decatur every summer.
