(AURORA, Ind.) -- A high school basketball game was postponed due to a medical emergency in the crowd on Wednesday night.
The emergency happened at South Dearborn as the Knights boy's basketball team was hosting East Central.
First responders were called to the high school for a female experiencing a medical emergency at 8:45 p.m., officials said.
Our prayers are with that person and their loved ones, as there appears to be good news.
Batesville radio station WRBI was covering the game and said, "Our crew who were there for the contest report some good news, that the person who fell ill appeared to be conscious and talking while being carried out on a stretcher."
Although of little importance, the game was called with 5:53 left in the fourth quarter, with the Knights winning 46-31.
