Four EC football players sign letters of intent

(ST. LEON, Ind.) – The first Wednesday in February is reserved for national signing day as high school athletes can sign letters of intent with college programs. 


The state champion East Central football team had four signees on Wednesday. 


Tight end Jentzen Carter will continue his football career at Taylor University in Upland, Indiana. 


Quarterback Cole Burton will continue his football career at Ohio Dominican University in Columbus, Ohio. 


Offensive lineman Noah Schneider signed his letter of intent to play at the University of Indianapolis.


Linebacker Conner Kuhn will take his talents to the Franklin Grizzlies. 


The seniors were joined by their families and friends during the signing event.


The four players join Josh Ringer and Ryan Brotherton who both signed with their schools in December. Ringer will play at Miami (OH) while Brotherton will go to Western Michigan.
