Friendship Bank launches kids fiscal responsibility program

Unique program includes prizes

(FRIENDSHIP, Ind.) – Friendship State Bank is putting an emphasis on teaching healthy financial habits to the next generation.

The bank has launched an initiative called the “Kid$ave Activity Challenge” which is designed to empower children with essential financial skills and confidence in their interactions with bankers.

Children will complete designated activities each month. Activities are

tracked on provided activity cards, which can be punched by a Friendship banker upon completion.

"The Kid$aver Year-Long Savings Challenge promises to shape a financially savvy future for

children by instilling lifelong financial skills and fostering positive relationships with banking

professionals," said Friendship State Bank Marketing Coordinator Katie Sparks.

Completed and partially completed cards can be dropped off at any Friendship State Bank location by December 6 for a special gift and the opportunity to win exciting prizes.
