(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – A fire destroyed a Greensburg home and has left the family wondering how they will replace the items they have lost.
The fire broke out at the home of Kasey and Butch Barber on N. Davidson Road around 10 p.m. Thursday.
Kasey and Butch, along with their two children, were able to escape the burning building which was later determined to be a total loss.
“Everything was destroyed, clothes, sheets, towels, blankets, all of that stuff is all gone,” Kasey said.
The family has been forced to find temporary shelter but have not figured out a long-term living situation.
They are in immediate need of clothing and other forms of support. If you have clothing to donate here are the sizes:

While the North Decatur graduates are still picking up the pieces from the unexpected loss, they're appreciative of the support they’ve received over the past few days.
“It means everything, I am just overwhelmed with love and support, even just the people praying and saying they are thinking of us,” Kasey said.
“We’re in such a dark moment now but it sparks a light in your day when you hear from others who want to help.”
