(NAPOLEON, Ind.) – There’s an opportunity to explore the history and progression of cameras next month.
Bill Riley will host the “Captured in Time” exhibit that will feature cameras and other items used in the photographic process.
“In general, the display will illustrate roughly how the technology progressed from 1870 through 1970,” Riley said.
The exhibit will be on display at the Central House which is located at 3684 W. Main Street in Napoleon.
It will take place from 5- p.m. on Friday, October 4 and then 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 5.
Admission is free as they are accepting donations which will go toward maintenance and restoration of the historic Central House.
The Central House was built before the Civil War and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
It now serves as a living history museum and relies solely on donations.
