Helps volunteer department pay for equipment, training
(HOLTON, Ind.) – The Otter Creek Township Volunteer Fire Department is inviting the community to their Holton Fire Jamboree on Saturday, September 7.
The event helps the fire department pay for things that grants don’t cover, like equipment or training.
The jamboree features chicken and pork burger dinners, beer garden, gun raffles, and activities for adults and kids.
There will be live music by the Keith Swinney Band, Jake Gaither and Shoot ‘em Straight followed by the Brackish Water Beavers with the headliners being Stone Blue.
“There will be Chicken dinners and Pork Burger dinners with corn on the cob, french fries and a drink. There will also be two food trucks serving rolled ice cream and funnel cakes,” organizers added.
It will take place from 12 p.m. to 12 a.m. at the Holton Town Park. Get more information by clicking here.
