Liberty man accused of child molesting, police say

Search warrant conducted last month

(LIBERTY, Ind.) -- A Union County man is facing child molestation charges, according to police.

Nicholas Sandlin was arrested at his workplace while a search warrant was being conducted at his home in Liberty.

The warrant was served at a home in the 100 block of Quail Run Court on August 31.

He was charged with 3 counts of Child Molestation and Vicarious Sexual Gratification with a child under the age of 14-years-old.

"We would like to thank the Liberty Police Department, Butler County Ohio Sheriff's Office and Indiana State Police Drug Enforcement Section for their assistance and hard work with this investigation," the Union County Sheriff's Office said.
