Police received multiple complaints before the traffic stop
(CROSS PLAINS, Ind.) – State troopers arrested a man on suspicion of reckless driving in Ripley County on Friday morning.
Police say they received numerous complaints about a dangerous driver on State Road 129 between Cross Plains and Versailles.
Around 6 a.m., Trooper Ben Bastin spotted the Ford Mustang near Olean that was allegedly traveling more than 40-miles-per-hour over the speed limit.
A traffic stop was conducted near Wood Road and 34-year-old Justin Mahoney, of Madison, was arrested for Reckless Driving.
Mahoney is also accused of marijuana possession and having drug paraphernalia.
