Minor injuries after train vs. truck crash in Holton

Accident happened Thursday night

(HOLTON, Ind.) -- One person suffered minor injuries after a train collided with a truck in Holton.

The crash happened on West Faulkner Avenue and West Broadway Street around 6 p.m. Thursday

Ripley County deputies say the driver of the truck, Adam Franklin, age 37, of Holton received minor injuries as a result of the crash.

Agencies involved included the Ripley County Sheriff’s Office, Indiana State Police, Osgood Police Department, Holton Fire Department, Todd’s Wrecker Service, and the Ripley County Communications Center.
