Mission Heights Farm hosts annual Home Comfort Expo

Largest HVAC contractor training event in the Tri-State

(AURORA, Ind.) -- Mission Heights Farm on Verestau Lane welcomed hundreds of HVAC contractors for the annual Home Comfort Expo last week.

It was hosted by Corken Steel Products who provided training seminars and programs for their contractors. Some of these trainings allow contractors to gain necessary certifications to do work in Ohio and Kentucky.

"This is a contractor-based event. They're sent out throughout the day on hay wagons to individual stations, where they learn about different products. One product might be geothermal and the next product might be a new tool for crimp fittings to make the technicians more efficient in the field," said Josh Williams with Corken Steel Products.

The annual conference is the largest HVAC contractor training event in the Tri-State.

Corken Steel thanked Mission Heights Farm owner Dwight "Woody" Bucher for allowing this annual conference to take place in Aurora for the past 14 years.

Mission Heights Farm overlooks the Ohio River and also hosts weddings, retreats and the annual Oser-Roth and Friends Festival in July.
