Motorcyclist hurt in Decatur County crash

Crash happened Saturday morning

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – One person was hurt in a car-vs-motorcycle crash in Decatur County this weekend.

The accident happened around 2 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of State Road 3 and County Road 560 North. 

Authorities say the driver of the car was parked at the intersection when they turned left on to State Road 3. 

The vehicle struck the motorcycle which was driven by Christian Arvin of Frankton, Indiana. 

Arvin was life-lined to an Indianapolis hospital where their current condition is not known. 

Agencies involved were Decatur County Sheriff’s Office, Greensburg Fire, Clarksburg Volunteer Fire Department and Decatur County EMS. The investigation is continuing.
