New mural unveiled in Versailles

Created by artist Judy Eaton

(VERSAILLES, Ind.) – A new mural is now on display in the heart of Versailles.

The mural was made possible through the Ripley County Community Foundation in collaboration with the Town of Versailles and Main Street Versailles. It was funded by the Ripley County Endowment for the Arts.

It was created by artist Judy Eaton who is a former Ripley County Community Foundation board member.

The mural is called “Stargazers” and can be found on the side of Pat's Bulk Food.

“Public art has a proven impact on communities, making them more vibrant, welcoming, and attractive to residents and visitors alike. We encourage everyone to take a moment to appreciate this vibrant artwork and explore the wonderful shops, restaurants and recreational activities that Versailles has to offer,” said Holly Wehr with the Town of Versailles.
