North Decatur makes national Best Schools List

Ranked 24th in Indiana

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – North Decatur Jr./Sr. High School is ranked the 24th best high school in Indiana and within the top 2,000 nationwide.

U.S. News & World Report released their rankings which evaluate nearly 18,000 schools nationwide.

In the past year, North Decatur has added the Industrial Integration Academy through a collaboration with IN Mac and Purdue University and Early College Certification through CELL and the University of Indianapolis, both of which provide unique opportunities for our students.

They have also started a program in partnership with Notre Dame to offer advanced placement courses to students.

To earn the ranking of 1,864 in the nation, the report relied on factors including college readiness; reading, math and science proficiency; reading, math and science performance; underserved student performance; college curriculum breadth; and graduation rates.

“Our commitment at North Decatur Jr. Sr. High is to provide a safe, positive, and technology enhanced intellectual learning environment.
