North Decatur senior to powerlift in college

Qualified for Team USA last summer

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – North Decatur senior Brayden Coy will continue his powerlifting career in college. 

Coy has committed to McKendree University in Illinois. 

“He feels that after college he will have the degree he wants and needs for his future at McKendree,” his mother, Debbie, said. 

Last summer, Coy qualified for Team USA and finished second overall in his age and weight class during the North American Regional Powerlifting Championships.
