Ohio AG sues owner of Aurora-based business

Accused of deceiving customers

(AURORA, Ind.) –  The owner of an Aurora-based home improvement company is accused of deceiving and ripping off customers in Hamilton County, Ohio.

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost has filed a consumer-protection lawsuit against Aurora resident Roger Gray.

Officials say Gray does business using the name ‘All Around Concrete’ and told customers that his business was named or affiliated with CIN-Concrete or Cincinnati Concrete Co.

Gray allegedly accepted money for projects but never did the work.

The lawsuit accused Gray of failing to deliver and also operating an unregistered fictitious business.

The lawsuit was filed in Hamilton County on Monday.
