One dead after Bright fire Friday afternoon

(BRIGHT, Ind.) – One person has died after a fire in Bright on Friday afternoon.

The person has not been identified as of now. 

The fire broke out shortly before 2 p.m. in an apartment on Basket Lane, near Jamison Road.

Crews from Bright, Lawrenceburg, Harrison, Greendale and Miller-York were called to the blaze.
