UPDATE:
Indiana State Police have identified the driver of the fatal U.S. 421 crash in Decatur County on Wednesday morning.
The driver has been identified as 47-year-old Joseph Arthur, of Indianapolis.
Investigators say Arthur's vehicle crossed the center line for an unknown reason and struck an oncoming semi head-on.
The crash caused the semi to catch fire, however, the driver suffered only minor injuries.
Troopers believe speed may have been a factor in the crash.

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – There has been a second fatal crash in as many days on U.S. 421.
The accident occurred shortly before 7 a.m. Wednesday near County Road 700S near the Decatur and Ripley County line.
Officials say the collision involved a car and a semi tractor-trailer. The driver of the car was pronounced dead at the scene.
The identity of the driver has not been released by ISP investigators as the crash remains under investigation.
Another crash on Tuesday afternoon on U.S. 421 claimed the lives of two local young men who were traveling in a dump truck that struck a semi near Versailles.
