Proceeds support the church's programs
(MORRIS, Ind.) – St. Anthony’s Parish will celebrate their 107th annual Labor Day Picnic and Fried Chicken Dinner on Monday.
It takes place from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the church which is located in Morris.
This year’s event will feature a day full of fun activities for the entire family, including a wide array of kids’ games, live entertainment, and our highly anticipated Grand Raffle with incredible prizes including a Zero Turn Mower, Bourbon Barrel, Blackstone Grill and Cash Prizes!
The fried chicken dinner will be served the entire time and the meal is prepared by dedicated volunteers using a time-honored recipe. Drive-thru is also available this year.
Other attractions include local musician Marisa Fullenkamp along with kids games and activities.
“The St. Anthony’s Labor Day Picnic is a time-honored tradition that brings together generations of families and friends for a day of community, celebration, and good food. All proceeds from the event support the church’s programs and upkeep,” organizers said.
