(SUNMAN, Ind.) – St. Nicholas Church in Sunman is helping people outside of their community.
Three parishioners recently took a mission trip to El Salvador. Those parishioners were Carla Enzinger, Beth Riehle and Anita Schuman.
The St. Nicholas community raised $4,490 which led to a donation of 45 backpacks of food distributed to people in El Salvador.
The funding also supported additional food, medicine, medical care, clothing, and house repairs to those most in need.
