Features on-site instructional welding lab.
(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – The public can tour Batesville High School’s new Innovation Center next month.
There will be an open house from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, September 5.
It’s an opportunity to explore the new school wing that house an on-site instructional welding lab.
“This new center was made possible, in part, by a donation from Wood-Mizer and through a Regional Economic Acceleration and Development Initiative (READI) grant via the City of Batesville,” said Andy Allen, BHS principal. “Thanks to them, 28 sophomores and juniors are now learning welding in our building. We are grateful for the community support and welcome everyone to view our new space.”
Visitors should park in the back of BHS and enter through door IC3. Tours will be given every 10 minutes.
