Two open houses in Batesville Thursday

Will be held at YMCA and Batesville High School

(BATESVILLE, Ind.) – There is an opportunity to explore two new locations in Batesville on Thursday.

The Southeastern Indiana YMCA will host an open house for their new Makerspace, which was formally the recreation room. It will be held from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the YMCA.

Following that, Batesville High School will unveil their new Innovation Center. 

There will be an open house from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. and it’s an opportunity to explore the new school wing that house an on-site instructional welding lab. 

Visitors should park in the back of BHS and enter through door IC3. Tours will be given every 10 minutes.
