Video from the training program on Sunday:
(GREENSBURG, Ind.) -- Local volunteer firefighters spent time training for a house fire outside of Greensburg on Sunday.
An old farm house was lit on fire to prepare for a real-life scenario. Firefighters practiced victim search and removal, how to advance hoses into a burning structure, and how to attack the fire.
Some of the agencies that participated included Napoleon, Westport, Greensburg, and the Indiana State Fire Marshals Office.
It was an opportunity for the local volunteers to be proactive and prepare for emergencies before they happen.
