Sweepstakes Rules for The 812 Giveaways

1. Prize Details:

   • Prize consists of two winners each receiving one $100 gift card to Sweet Escape Adventures: Escape Rooms and Axe Throwing.

   • The prize has no cash value.

2. Sweepstakes Duration:​

   • The sweepstakes will begin at 7:00pm on the February 15, 2024.

   • The sweepstakes will end at 11:59pm on the February 22nd, 2024.

3. Eligibility Criteria:

   • Participants must be residents of Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, or Tennessee.

   • Participants must be 21 years of age or older.

   • Employees of The 812 and their immediate families are ineligible to participate.

4. Entry Requirements:

   • Participants who are subscribed to The 812 emails are automatically entered to win.

   • No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter without opting in to future emails, please email info@812now.com.

5. Entry Limitations:

   • Each individual that meets eligibility criteria is allowed one entry.

6. Winner Selection:

   • One winner will be selected and receive one $100 gift card.

   • Winners will be announced publicly.

   • Winners will be notified via email.

   • Winners must respond to the email within 12 hours to claim the giveaway prize.

7. Publicity Rights:

   • By participating in the giveaway, all participants grant The 812 the right to use their name, likeness, or entry content for promotional purposes related to the giveaway, unless specifically requested not to upon entry by emailing news@812now.com. Notice must be given by 9:00pm on 2/23/24.

8. Privacy Policy:

   • Participant data will be protected through a secure website built and hosted through Wix.com.

9. Terms and Conditions:

   • Participants are only eligible to win once per calendar year.

   • The prize has no cash value.
