Aurora city-wide cleanup set for May 16-18

For Aurora city residents

(AURORA, Ind.) --The City of Aurora will offer City-Wide Cleanup from May 16 to May 18. 

It is offered to people who reside within the city limits of Aurora. Residents can bring refuse to the Aurora Sports Complex between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. on those three days. 

Residents must show proof of residency by providing a copy of their Aurora Utility Bill.

Aurora Street Department will also offer curbside pickup on Thursday & Friday. Thursday,

May 16 will be north of Hogan Creek and Friday, May 17 is south of Hogan Creek. Residents are asked to have items curbside by 6am on designated days.

Hazardous waste is accepted at the Dearborn County Recycling Center, 10700 Prospect Lane, Aurora Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm and Wednesdays 9am – 6pm.
